•   There is some slight smoke smell comes out when first use.

It is the normal situation, there are some plastic part of the grill, so some smoke comes out when heating. But the plastic we use is high-temperature resistant PP, there will be no smoke smell again after first use.

 
•   The grill plate is not so stable.

Please check the plate support firstly, adjust them at the same level, and also make sure you put the plate at the right position according to your instruction manual.

 
•   It takes a very long time to heating up the grill.

The reason is that you didn't set the highest temperature after plug in. There are five levels temperature of the grill, please set the thermostat on the highest level, it will save a lot of time for heating up.
