To guarantee workers good working conditions. Particularly with regard to the duration of working hours. To ensure their health, their safety and their moral integrity. 

 

      BRIEF INSTRUCTION:  

1. EMPLOYMENT IS FREELY CHOSEN 

There is no forced, bonded or involuntary prison labor in our factory. Workers are not required to lodge "deposits" or their identity papers and are free to leave after reasonable notice.  

2. FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND THE RIGHT TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ARE RESPECTED

Workers, without distinction, have the right to join or form trade unions of their own choosing and to bargain collectively.

Workers representatives are not discriminated against and have access to carry out their representative functions in the workplace.     

3. WORKING CONDITIONS ARE SAFE AND HYGIENIC

We provide a safe and hygienic working environment, and take adequate steps to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, associated with, or occurring in the course of work by minimizing.

We provide regular and safety training to all workers.

We provide clean and safe accommodation which can meet the basic needs of the workers.

 4. CHILD LABOR SHALL NOT BE USED    

Employ children as laborers are not allowed in our factory. Our policies and procedures conform to the provisions of the relevant ILO standards. 

5. LIVING WAGES ARE PAID

Wages and benefits paid for industry benchmark standards. We provide written and understandable information about their employment conditions to all workers in respect to in respect to wages before they enter employment and about the particulars of their wages for the pay period concerned each time that they are paid.    

6. WORKING HOURS ARE NOT EXCESSIVE 

Working hours comply with national laws and benchmark industry standards, whichever affords greater protection.

Overtime is voluntary, and will not exceed 12 hours per week, is demanded on a regular basis and always be compensated at a premium rate.  

7. NO DISCRIMINATION IS PRACTISED 

There is no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.

 8. REGULAR EMPLOYMENT IS PROVIDED 

To every extent possible work performed is on the basis of recognized employment relationship established through national law and practice.

Obligations to employees under labor or social security laws and regulations arising from the regular employment relationship is avoided through the use of labor-only contracting, sub- contracting, or home-working arrangements, or through apprenticeship schemes where there is no real intent to impart skills or provide regular employment, nor any such obligations be avoided through the excessive use of fixed-term contracts of employment.

9. NO HARSH OR INHUMANE TREATMENT IS ALLOWED

Physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation is prohibited.

  

Employee benefit

We offer good remuneration and benefits package to the employees, and also provide social security, annual leaves with pay, and advanced training courses.

Our factory established a Labor Union Group, who often organizes various activities to make employees’ spare life more colorful, such as Birthday Care, Basketball Match, Football Match, Tug-of-war, One-day Tour, and Barbecue. The labor union holds birthday party every month for our employees. Besides, we annually host several big Chinese holidays: Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Festival and Chinese New year.

The recreation rooms are also provided to have a good rest and entertainment for our employees. Last year, we established library, and all books are free to our employees.
