An introduciton of deep fryer XJ-7K120

Deep fryer XJ-7K120 is a large size and excellent deep fryer for family use. When you’ve brought it, please check if the appliance is in good condition. Please remember to check if packing materials, user instruction and warranty card are included. For American market, a magnetic plug is included according to safety regutlations.   

This deep fryer is removably designed with detachable tank, lid, control panel and housing.  There is a wide glass window on the lid and a built-in filter is inside the lid. On the control panel, there is a thermostat switch which you can select cooking temperature. Meanwhile, a timer is structed on control panel so that you can set a frying time you need while preparing other food. 

On the back side of the control panel, there is a Re-set button. In case the temperature during fyring is too high, the thermo-fuse will switch off automatically to ensure safety. User can re-set it by using a key which is included in unit.   

The oil tank with 4.5L capacity is non-stick coated. You can put this tank, the lid, frying basket even the housing into dishwasher directly. Such features will be helpful for cleaning & maintenance. You can view the vedio show on website. 

With is deep fryer, frying various food is so easy in your kitchen. You can frying chicken, french fryers, sausage, fish, snack ect. You can add specific flavor during cooking. Please remember to aware all safety issues in the user manual. It is recommended that to close the lid during cooking to avoid spill of hot oil. You can follow the printed diagram on the housing to choose the cooking time & temperature.
