Knowledge of electric deep fryer

Electric deep fryer is widely used for making fried chips, chicken and some other food. To meet different use, the capacity varies from 0.5L, 0.9L, 1.2L, 1.5L, 2.0L, 2.5L, 3.0L and 4.5L. Guide for using electric deep fryer:

1) Make sure pour oil only between Max –Min indication line.

2) Properly assemble the hand of frying basket.You can use the hook to dry the oil after cooking.

3) Never frying without oil.

4) Use fresh oil is recommended. Replace used oil regularly to keep food in good taste.

5) Shut-off the appliance after use.

6) Plug out for before cleaning.

7) Use wet towel with neutral detergent or non-corrosive liquid to clean the housing and cord. Do not pour water directly. The removable lid and removable tank (if they are designed in removable way) can be put into dishwasher directly.

8) Do not use a deep fryer with damaged cord or plug.
