Sweet Potato Chips

 

Spicy crisp golden chips make a fun change from potato wedges and go perfectly with the ice drink. How to make it with electric deep fryer? Here we are to present the process to you:

1. Slice the sweet potatoes into thin pieces.


2. In a bowl, combine the oil, spices and garlic salt, cumin powder, cracked black pepper & rosemary. Then add the sliced sweet potatoes, and
toss until they’re well coated on both sides.


3. Add enough vegetable oil to the deep fryer. Switch on and preheat it.


4. Add the sweet potato in hot oil about 350degrees F. Deep fry it golden brown.

5. Always pay attention to the frying process, make sure the food is cooked evenly. Repeat, in several batches with the remaining sweet potato.


6. Let them drain on a paper towel for a moment, then place the chips in a large serving bowl. It’s done!

 

Notes: Prepare the ingredients 30 minutes before cooking.
