Yoghurt――A anti-aging magic drink

According to research result from Russian Nobel Prize winner Cherenkov, yoghurt has active properties that can enhance body immune function, disease-resistantance and prevent body cells from aging prematurely. There are a lot of longevity areas in the world where residents often drink yoghurt. Research shows the reason of high rate longebity in I Bulgaria is due to residents’ habit of drinking yoghurt. According to research results of some scholars, Yoghurt is helpful for health & longevity due to following factors:

1. Yoghurt can enhance the body immune function.

2. Yoghurt can reduce serum cholesterol levels. There is a experiment  proved serum cholesterol is reduced ofter one week by drinking 240g yoghurt per meal and no any other medicine was used.

3. If you often drink yoghurt, it helps peristalsis of tharm. yoghurt can soften the contents of the colon glycolysis. It helps metabolism and it is said to be a longevity food in abroad.
